Richard is formerly the co-owner of Windermere Real-Estate/Commencement Associates and a licensed broker with considerable experience specific to the unique elements facing homeowners here in the Pacific Northwest.
Richard’s passion for homes started with a background in carpentry. The knowledge he gained during those formative years contributes to the work he and his crew do today. Attention to detail and respect for style are traits he maintains in every project he takes on.
